About the MSI Help Desk
MSI Help Desk is a support group that provides MSI faculty, researchers, staff, and students with assistance accessing various services available for MSI and in the Marine Science Building.
Online Support
The Help Desk includes an online system to help manage and assign various support requests, such as:
- Facilities Requests (new key, phone, problems with facilities i.e. broken chair, water leak, etc)
- Building systems Requests: (Mail box allocation, copy code requests, conference room equipment checkout, etc)
- Computer Support Requests: (hardware problems, network issues, security, software support, account maintenance, etc)
In order to use many of the MSB services, you must have a MSI account. You can create your MSI account at the Accounts page.
